Review content:
Everyone said Suds City was the place to take laundry in Southie, but my experience with them has been mixed. On the positive side, they seem to always get everything very clean and nicely folded. I have had several problems though: 1) There have been issues with being open on time and I have ended up waiting outside the store with bags of laundry at least twice over the past couple months (once they were 10 minutes late, once they were 45 MINUTES LATE), 2) They forgot to deliver my laundry for no obvious reason the last time I took stuff there, 3) After specifically asking me to separate delicates they keep not returning my delicate wash bags to me and the woman who works at night refuses to look for them (the woman there during the day has retrieved them for me twice).
Pros: Quality cleaning and folding, fair prices
Cons: Inconsistent service, trouble opening on time
