Review content:
I wish I would have read the two previous reviews before contacting Air Zone. However, I did not and now I am out $700.00 and I feel very used. They were eager to return my phone calls when they were pretty sure that they would be able to charge a large fee for replacing air conditioning parts. However, when my air handler started leaking so bad that it was litterally raining in my garage I was unable to get anyone from Air Zone to return my calls. My ceiling is all wet and you need an umbrella to walk in my garage. I understand that maybe they would want to assist people who actually have non-working air conditioners first, but I think that after spending $700.00 I at least deserve the common professional respect of a return phone call. I can only suppose that they felt this service call might not get them big bucks so they decided to ignore me. After trying many things to fix the problem (ex. making sure the condensation/drip line was clear and at the proper angle) I think my husband might have figured out what was wrong. When homeowners have to start using trial and error to become air conditioning technicians it is pretty sad. Shame on Air Zone!!!! Don't waste your time or money because you can never be sure when they just decide to stop talking to you....I can only guess that they are too busy ripping off their next victim.
Cons: Expensive and unprofessional
