If 0 stars were an option, that is what I would give this company.
Unprofessional, incompetent workers incorrectly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner. After waiting a week for the part, a repairman arrived without the necessary tools to complete the job. He said he would need to return the next day. My husband insisted he return the same day.
Workers from the company came back to our house a few hours later. This time one of them took the time to correctly diagnose the problem and it was discovered that the part we waited a week for was not needed. The system was repaired in 10 minutes.
Based on their reviews, I would have never chosen to do business with this company. Our case was assigned to them through our home warranty company. I have spoken to the home warranty company and made it clear that Air Zone will never be allowed in this house again.
