Review content:
Air Zone has rude employees from the front line employee to the owner of this location. Air Zone was sent out by our Home Warranty Co (First American) who also did NOTHING to address our problems. Air Zone wanted to leave before fixing our problem (major leak) and had to send another person two days later. The second visit was MUCH worse as the Air Zone employee showed up with a horrible attitude. He would not answer questions or offer any assistance. He ended up storming out of our home when he was confronted with his attitude. He tried to get the last word by taking our A/C disconnect which cut off all electricity to our A/C unit. The police had to get involved (they considered the Air Zone employee's actions to be theft). Air Zone was advised by the police to return our A/C disconnect. The A/C disconnect was only returned after repeated calls to our home warranty company. DO NOT use Air Zone for anything! We ended up spending hundreds of dollars fixing the A/C problem through another contractor outside of the home warranty firm (First American). This is a NO STAR rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
