I never write reviews online, but the last 2 reviews were so one sided I just had to write a review to submit to Citysearch. I have been a client at Fia Salon for the last 8 years. Frank who recently left the salon cut my husband and teenage son's hair. Fia does my hair. Fia recently had surgery and was out of commission for a few months. I had a different hair stylist cut my hair while Fia was out. I was very satisfied with my cut. And I have always been very happy with my hair cut, color and styling by Fia. We will miss Frank, he has been cutting the boys hair for a long time (since 2nd grade for my son!). Over the years the salon has gotten very busy, and the crew was stretched while Fia was out. But she is back, and I am sure things will be running smoothly again with her back in the salon. Running a retail operation is tough, it is impossible to satisfy everyone, I am sure that there will be instances when a few customers are unhappy. The best thing you can do in these situations is to inform the manager or owner.
Pros: Consistently delivers a great hair cut and style!
Cons: This salon has become very popular, so they can get very busy.
