For three years I have overlooked the stone cold decor and tense owner/stylist/client weirdness at Fia because I have received the best haircut money can buy in Boston from Frank. $80 spent with Frank is as good as $400 with Sally Hershberger (which thanks to the insane treat of a former boss, was also an amazing cut). Frank is focused, friendly and not a phoney. I have referred dozen's of women to him almost to my detriment because the last 6 months have been hell getting an appointment with him, but it is always worth the wait, he never disappoints.
