Their service was always so so. About the minimum you could really not complain about. But the company seems to be run by some ogre, because we had crew after crew, replaced because the previous staff had disappeared or not shown up for work.
Some jewelry went missing, but it's hard to prove anything even though this was the only company with access to our home.
Finally when we complained to Lauretta the owner, she went psycho on my wife and I and told us she'd sue us over the last bill if we didn't pay, claimed she had her staff subversively take photos of our home without our permission, and sent us this terrible email about what bad and dirty people we were.
I've not dealt with a company like this before. And if you have any sense, you'll avoid these people like the plague.
