I visited the dealership prior to making a decision on a specific model and the sales associate that assisted me was very friendly and easy going. ?I gave her a generic list of the features I was looking for and the style ride as well. ?She remembered every time I visited the location exactly what I was in the market for and kept notifying me as newer vehicles arrived for me to test drive and review. ?Once I settled on the rogue, she was very helpful in letting me take the vehicle over night for a true test of the vehicle and that truly made the difference for me. ?The Finance associate was very friendly as well and did not attempt to bully or push me into a deal. ?They do have several tried and true sales techniques to help you spend your dollars, but in the end it was still relaxed and non-pressured which was enjoyable. ?This is the second vehicle I have gotten from Pence Nissan and I would be very pleased to shop there again when I am ready for the next new car.
