Review content:
The staff is rude, push and disorganized. I could maybe forgive that since I had no choice in buying a dress from them (I was a bridesmaid for my bestfriend), but only if they knew how to use a tape measure! They say dresses are made to order through the manufacturer which means they will try to increase your size so that they can retail your business for their tailoring services. Once my dress came in it was huge and I was swimming in it. As a result the dress had to be completely reconstructed and still looked worse than if I could have just been ordered a dress in the correct size. Additionally they messed up my billing. Worst, most disorganized bridal shop...ever.
