I wish I would have read this review before signing a contract for services. My experience has been very painful. They don't care if you can't sleep at night. My bankruptcy should not take this long. It's been three months since I dropped off the paperwork and they still haven't filed! When you call they treat you with disrespect and complain that they are very busy. And I agree with the last review, they say they'll call and they never do. I am constantly calling to see where we're at in the process and I am stuck, there is nothing I can do. I just want this over and its out of my hands, there is no time to switch lawyers.
Cons: waiting forever, rude paralegals, just don't care
