Extemely Professional Staff and Office 2/15/2012

My experience with Ken and his staff has been nothing but exceptional. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they share the same sentiment. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always take my calls and make me feel at ease. Having to see an attorney is never an easy thing but his staff made me feel comfortable and assured me everything would be okay. Terrible attorney, will promise you the world and then ignore you. Overworked staff, no return calls, poor follow up. Use anyone else but him. With there was a lower standard than one star, they deserve no stars. more

BEST LAWYER IN LAS CRUCES,NM 8/25/2009

I THINK MR. EGAN AND HIS STAFF ARE WONDER FUL PEOPLE AND THEY WORK H ARD TO GET ALL THEIR CASES DONE. WITH THE THOUSANDS OF CLIENTS THEY HAVE ITS VERY HARD TO WAIT FOR YOUR CASE TO BE DONE IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS. EGAN TAKES HIS TIME TO DO ALL THE PAPER WORK RIGHT TO WIN EVERY ONES CASE. I AM HAPPY TO SAY EGAN HAS BEEN MY LAWYER IN THE PAST AND NEVER ONCE HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM. HE ALSO CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR RIGHTS. THANK YOU MR. EGAN AND STAFF FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK. more

Worst Experience Ever 3/24/2009

I wish I would have read this review before signing a contract for services. My experience has been very painful. They don't care if you can't sleep at night. My bankruptcy should not take this long. It's been three months since I dropped off the paperwork and they still haven't filed! When you call they treat you with disrespect and complain that they are very busy. And I agree with the last review, they say they'll call and they never do. I am constantly calling to see where we're at in the process and I am stuck, there is nothing I can do. I just want this over and its out of my hands, there is no time to switch lawyers. Cons: waiting forever, rude paralegals, just don't care more
