I've done business with World Trade Copiers on a few separate occasions and I can safely say that they are excellent to deal with. I work in film production and world trade has provided copiers for several productions I've been on. The production office requires high volume copies, and so we need a reliable copier. Our representative Hanna was quick to respond and was always incredibly helpful whenever we ran into an issue with our rented machines. She always responded quickly, despite our crazy hours. What's good about this company is that its representatives really seem to care and will go to almost any lengths to provide the best possible customer service. They are quick to respond to any problem and will make sure it gets remedied in a timely fashion. I would have no problem recommending them to anybody in need of a copier and will most certainly work with them again.
