Businiess name:  Big Lou's Texas Bbq

Review content:
Great, great food in a traditional bbq ""joint"" atmosphere. The smoked brisket melts in your mouth, the smoked chicken is heavenly and youd be a fool leave without stepping up to the challenge of eating a Big Lous potato. They have all sorts of other smoked delicacies, as well and we like to get up there at least once a month to eat. My wife and I usually get a sampler plate each to try a little of everything. Decor is very whimsical with all sorts of Texas memorabilia and an incredible mural on the side of the building depicting their journey from Texas to Washington. The owners are extremely friendly and love to come out and chat it up. Very much a down home feeling that is rarely found here up in the Northwest. I highly recommend the beautiful drive to Camas for the food! Pros: Friendly Serivce, Incredible menu, Easy to find
