We just bought our first home and we saw a few cracks in the walls which made us rethink this huge purchase in this economy. I was in love with the home so my realtor gave me a list of foundation repair companies that would check to see if there was a real problem. Perma-Pier sent out Regan Parsons the very next day. He took the extra time to explain everything to me so that I understood the process. We were in our option period and the work needed to be completed before closing so we could be fully financed on the home. The lady in the office did everything she could to accommodate our unique situation and worked with us on a payment plan. They helped me through one of the most stressful times of my life and I would recommend this company to anyone!
