We have spent the last several years working with Perma Pier on leveling our home. The people who came to my home were always very courteous, but unfortunately it has been a real challenge getting the home to the point of level. \r
I have gone through several different points of contact with the company, some who have been more responsive to me than others. When it became evident that my home was more challenging than most they encounter, Perma Pier hired a second engineer to come in and look at our situation. This engineer did a thorough study and submitted a more aggressive plan of attack, which was carried out by a good team of workers Perma Pier brought in from Dallas. I am far happier with my home now than I have been in a long time.
