I recently purchased windows from jacks and i live in Portage Mi. First of all i would like to say that everyone was very friendly and polite . I called and they set a time around my schedule. They were very prompt and professional and came in at $500 below hansons. The installation was quick and they really seem to care about our home, my wife and I are very happy and would gladly recommend jacks to anyone . We have had nothing but top notch service the whole way through the process.
