this was the most knoledgeable company of the 4 we had out. I am glad that we finally brought our purchasing to a close. The salesman had been with the company for six years, where the other 3 hadn't been there very long, or didn't really talk about the product at all. I was mostly happy with many of the exclisives that their window offered and how they had three panes (the only other company that offered that was over 800 per window). the warranty was the best too and it looks like the installation should be great. will update this after the installation if there are any problems but I have a good feeling about it....
