I want to thank you for your excellent service. All promises were kept and I also appreciate the advantages your ""sale"" provided. I have already noticed the efficiency of the new windows. We have had cool weather in the low 60s for the past several days. With the old windows I would have had to turn up the heat to take the chill off but with the new windows I have not had to do that. In today's environment service and professionalism if often lacking. Accordingly, it was a pleasure dealing with your personnel, including the office staff.
