I would give zero stars if it were an option. This company is very disorganized and does a half-a** job of cleaning. I came home from work yesterday to find our garage door wide open, lights on through out the house, a bag of trash in the dining room that I'm assuming they had meant to throw out. The bathrooms were cleaned pretty well, but the rest of the house was barely touched - still dust bunnies on the wood floors, rugs not vacuumed thoroughly, dust still on furniture. The cleaning looked very rushed. Also, they came on a Monday for an appointment that was scheduled for 4 days later on Friday - I had an email confirmation. I called Mitchell at S & L - he couldn't have cared less about my concerns and made no attempt to make things right with me. I will never use S&L again and I suggest you don't use them either.
