First, they missed the scheduled appointment -- just plain up and forgot to come to do the cleaning. So, they came back the next week.
When they did come, the quality was atrocious. They moved very, very slowly, they did a bad job -- barely vacuumed, no mopping. The floors they left were just as dirty as when they arrived. They missed some big obvious stuff: counters weren't cleaned, toilets were incompletely cleaned, obvious dust bunny on the floor.
The thing is, I want to hire cleaners because they can do a better job than me, or they can do it a whole lot faster than me. Neither one of those was even remotely true. Half-complete, poorly done job of three rooms in three hours. Very disappointing.
