I rented a really nice apartment in central Boulder from Omnibus for 2 years and it was a great rental experience.
The people at the office were very courtesy and professional. Always promptly returned my phone calls. If something broke or needed any maintenance they were very quick to have it repaired or replaced. They were fair when it came to any financial dealings and were very organized with both their billing and deposit payback. Overall it was a great place to live that was well managed. I would recommend to anyone responsible enough to be a good tenant.
Now if only I could have talked them into discounting my rent a little...maybe next time.
