you have to understand that they have been around for a long time and do biz the old fashioned way. this is appliance repair and not rocket science so don't expect edge of the envelope service. they are nice in an old fashioned way and pretty good vac techs...i have used them for years for parts and occasional repair and have no problem with them. I'd recommend them
