Review content:
I'm posting in response to the other user's experience, since I was also sold the wrong pair of shoes. In my case, the salesperson recommended (and rightly so, as it turned out) that I go up a size but then he brought the wrong pair to the counter. I didn't notice either, and so ended up running in the wrong shoes. I didn't try to return them because I didn't want to go back -- my experience there wasn't great, even without ending up with the wrong shoes. I found the staff there to be very snobbish -- a woman who was working with another customer (seemed like maybe she was the owner?) chided me for looking in the mirror when I tried on a pair of shoes. It was embarassing and totally unnecessary.
