I recently visited aquatouch, nobody said anything to me when I walked in, a simple ""hi"" would have been enough. I browsed for about 10 mins, by then I was the only customer (this was not near closing time, there were still open for another hour) and even though there were like 4 employees walking around, walking by me, nobody said anything at all, no aknowledgement, it gave me a strange creepy / unwelcomed feeling. I was going to buy something but didn't feel comfortable with the employees. The only exception was; a younger employee making eye contact and giving a quick small smile.
Pros: clean brightly lit tanks
Cons: staff is rude
