Be local: Identify the neighborhood where the business is located and mention nearby attractions when relevant.The guy who helped me was named Joe. Was really helpful and knowledgeable. However, he failed to mention the livestock guarantee (or lack of) for the $20.00 fish I bought. Day after I bought it, it was dead. My aquarium is fully matured and all my other fish are doing great, water tests just fine with my kit. I noticed in the store that they had a few tanks with dead fish, ICK, among other things. The tanks are set up really nicely with live plants, but they are OVERPRICED, FISH ARE NOT GUARANTEED. When I called a man answered and as I was explaining that I was never informed of this policy, he kept talking over me and wasn't really letting me finish. I don't know where he learned his customer service skills, but probably from the same source he learned how to take care of the fish there. Don't buy from this place. The fish are not completely healthy, and they are too expensive. Don't let the nice scenery fool you.
