benihana's is not about the food...for the price you are paying you might as well grab panda express. the real deal is the chef's tricks with his knife. try to sit at a younger chef's table if possible. fried rice is also better than regular. you'll notice there are rarely any asians dining at this place...go for the tricks, not the cuisine.
