Businiess name:  Quick N Clean Car Wash

Review content:
Very disappointing experience. My wife and I have been using this neighborhood carwash for years. The business has apparently changed hands. The new management now provides a ""Basic"" carwash (for $1 more than the previous owner charged) that is truly basic. So basic that they turn off the scrubbers, brushes and blower. I got water, soap and rinse. The hand-towel dry service (""free"") was a disappointment. I sat in the sun for 5 minutes, allowing my car to dry in the sun, while three employees stood around and chatted. Fed up, I drove off. When I called and complained to the manager on duty, he said ""I'm sorry you feel that way."" Really? I assured him that, while he may have saved some money by not operating the brushes or blower, he just lost all of my business. I will take my business elsewhere. This will certainly free up the homies to stand around and talk to each other.
