Quick N Clean Car Wash

Never use this car wash. Wife and I have been taking our cars here since quick and clean opened for washes, inspection and oil change. Went a few weeks back to get state inspection and a oil change, like we have since opening. Got the car washed after the work was done. Pulled out of the wash and they didn't tape down my back window wiper. It was broke. They said they would fix it . Waited for a call and never got one. Went back to quick and clean and they said basically to bad. A Loyalty cutomer means nothing them. more

Very professional and fast. Hadn't washed my car in 4 months and after the wash and wax my car actually looked new again. I'd definitely recommend these guys. more

Very disappointing experience. My wife and I have been using this neighborhood carwash for years. The business has apparently changed hands. The new management now provides a ""Basic"" carwash (for $1 more than the previous owner charged) that is truly basic. So basic that they turn off the scrubbers, brushes and blower. I got water, soap and rinse. The hand-towel dry service (""free"") was a disappointment. I sat in the sun for 5 minutes, allowing my car to dry in the sun, while three employees stood around and chatted. Fed up, I drove off. When I called and complained to the manager on duty, he said ""I'm sorry you feel that way."" Really? I assured him that, while he may have saved some money by not operating the brushes or blower, he just lost all of my business. I will take my business elsewhere. This will certainly free up the homies to stand around and talk to each other. more

Today I discovered you have raised your prices not by a little but from $17.00 to $25.00. This is outrageous and this has caused me to find another company to wash my 3 autos. In addition this increase caused me to not tip the workers. Now you can explain to them what happens when the Owner decides to take a 45% plus increase which has caused them to loose income. more

I went in for a car wash and came out with damage to my car. They were too busy to get my car of the wash tracks and sent another car in right behind mine. My car was rear ended. When the attendant tells you to leave the keys in the car and wait in the lobby, I recommend you stay with your car. The site manager acted as if this happens often. I was asked to fill out a damage claim and drop off a few estimates. The corporate office is out of Scottsdale,Arizona. I left a few messages, but no one has called me back. My estimates where dropped off at the site. Getting the site manager to call me back about payment of the six hundred dollars worth of damage impossible. Drive down the Hebron a bit further before decided to wash your car. Cons: The Staff is non-responsive and rude more
