Review content:
I had a trainer here for quite a while and I got good results but this gym is full of muscle heads and mostly male dominated. They have good equipment and are mostly nice. There is an arrogance in the air though. Things get pretty cocky from time to time. They do stretching with clients which is good. If you go here make sure you get one of the better trainers because they hire people, I think to give them a chance, which is not bad, but then they don't last. Its kind of weird too, everyone seems friendly but its like they don't mean it because its ""clicky"".
Pros: Not a bad gym to work out at
