Review content:
You never go to Byblos expecting great service, but after yesterday I need to speak out. After 1/2 hour of horrible service, we were told by the ""head waitress"" that they were short-staffed. The lentil soup was great, but when my salad came out tasting horribly, I requested to see the manager. Her response was ""he's busy cooking in the kitchen, but I'm also a manager, so you can talk to me."" I explained that I wouldn't have minded our server telling us that it would be slower than normal, but being short-staffed is no excuse for rude service. Her response was, ""She's a really nice girl, she's just very busy."" She comped what we had eaten so far and finished by saying, ""Other than bringing her out here and beating the sh*t out her, there's nothing else I can do."" Never again.
