Review content:
I tried and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but if you are looking of a new OB/GYN go with another office. The staff is rude, it is sooooo very hard to get anyone on the phone, Dr. Tam was running 3 hours late for my appointment (I do realize emergencies do happen and you deliever babies for a living). When she did get there, there were 5 of us waiting in rooms for her, so she was very rushed and skipped over explaining some very important information reguarding my ultrasound. I also had issue with trying to even schedule an appointment because their office hours are horrible. I actually just transferred to a new office in the burbs and I know now how you are supposed to be treated in the office. I never recieved any information packet about cost of having a baby with them, things not to eat, or drugs that are okay to take. These may seem like little things, but when you are sick with a cold, you really would like to know that information! I would honestly go somewhere else if you are having a baby.
