Review content:
I was new to town and I went to this practice for my 3rd pregnancy and it was uneventful. Most of the visits were with one of the Diakos sisters. I stayed with the practice for my 4th pregnancy ( convenient, I was already an established patient) and it was the a terrible experience. I kept getting rescheduled by the front desk with Dr. Tam. I would show up to an appointment and be told that I need to reschedule. Dr. Tam was consistently 45 min - 1 hour late for all of my appts. which were generally her first of the day. She would arrive with a coffee in hand and no apology. I left 2 appts. after waiting 45 min and being told that the office staff hadn't heard from her. My husband called while I was in labor and she had no idea who I was although I had just seen her the day before. She was rude to him on the phone and then never made it to the delivery. We arrived at the hospital and they said that they were calling her repeatedly. She arrived after the baby was delivered by a resident and some nurses. I called the practice for my post part um visit and explained that I was uncomfortable to see Dr . Tam due to above circumstances and was told that it is the policy that I have to see her because she was scheduled to do the delivery ( no rationale). The best part is that my insurance received a bill from the hospital for her services. The worst quality of care and customer service I have ever experienced. Spend the time investigating your physician. You absolutely don't need to settle for this type of treatment.
Pros: parking is validated
Cons: inconsistent, rescheduling issues, lateness
