Okay, the first two months without neighbors above were great. They are not loud people but EVERY conversation is audible to me. I hear the toilet flush, the washing machine, the click of high heels and the cabinet doors.... you name it. The unit above my garage must have children practicing fire drills, as I find drywall on my windshield from a repair that was never completed related to the fire sprinkler dripping on my car. The management.... was really happy with them until recently. I dont have proof that they gossip about the residents, but I would never feel comfortable sharing anything with them. The security IS a joke. Cars just follow you in. They replaced a brand new microwave with another 'because the stainless steel didnt match the stainless steel on the other appliances"". Well, now my clocks are different colors from the stove to the microwave. Does that mean they'll switch them again? And the doors.... pretty craptastic unless you like the sound of them slamming. They seem to need access to your apartment a LOT. Always getting notices about checking this, checking that. Enough! But besides that, its a great place. I like the location, seriously. Can't wait for lease to be up.
