I am a regional manager for a relatively large real estate management company in the tri-state area. We usually use the same vendor at multiple locations. We recently switched to Urban Plantscapes for 25 of our luxury residential and corporate buildings in the NY Metro area. We have been amazed by the quality of plants and flowers and designs by Urban Plantscapes. We worked out a floral plan that will change with the seasons. Urban Plantscapes even came up with a signature look so no matter what building you are in of ours the flowers will always look the same. It is great for branding. We use orchids, bromeliads and African violets. If you are looking for indoor plants, orchids and flowers in the NY area I would def recommend Urban Plantscapes. We even use them for home staging in NYC. You would be surprised what a few plants could do to the value of your home or office. Our clients love the lush plantings and imported pottery. Maintenance is not an issue because Urban Plantscapes guarantees all of the plants and flowers in all of our NYC buildings.
