I manage a large pharma company in Midtown Manhattan. We decide to consolidate our interior plant maintenance and floral companies to one vendor. Urban Plantscapes makes it so much easier for billing purposes. We finally fired our previous company after the plants and flowers did not meet our standards. In January of 2008, we brought in Urban Plantscapes for all of our tropical plant care, floral arrangements and orchids. Urban Plantscapes attention to detail is amazing. We currently have varieties of Orchids that I never knew existed. This is New York?s best kept secret! Why anyone would use someone is beyond me. Urban Plantscapes provides continuity by using those same colors in the floral arrangements as the orchids and pottery. At Urban they change out the flowers to make sure everything is constantly fresh and lush. Urban Plantscapes always delivers in timely manner. Their decorative planters are reasonably priced and match out decor perfectly. Urban worked with our exterior landscape architect to make sure that the interior blended in seamlessly. The orchids that reside on the reception desk are always phenomenal. Our clients are always impressed and relaxed when they see the blossoming flowers surrounding them. Our sales force has noticed a 5 percent increase with the addition of bromeliads and palms in the marketing and sales areas. I truly cannot say enough about Urban Plantscapes. I look forward to the Holiday Decorations that they provide for Christmas, Kwanza, Chanukah, Easter, Mothers Day and every other imaginable holiday. From the beginning Urban Plantscapes has been dependable and attentive to our needs. It is a great feeling to know that there are companies like Urban Plantscapes that still understand the meaning of customer service.
