I've been to this Cheddars several times hoping that the service will eventually get better... the last time I went was the last. Every time I have gone, the food was really good but extremely SLOW in coming and the wait staff seriously lacking in people skills (with the exception of the one time we got an attentive and friendly waitress.) This last time was by far my worst experience at this location. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and about 45 minutes to get our food ( a salad, soup, 2 kids meals, and 1 mango salsa tilapia). We had to ask for silverware after we received our food, the waitress forgot and we had to get it ourselves, she was nowhere to be found throughout almost the entirety of our meal, we had to ask for refills on our drinks, the only thing she did quick was drop off our checks (which she accidentally messed up on when she charged them, which would have been ok if she had thought to mention this to us, instead of me noticing it through my bank transactions and then having to call the manager to make sure the issue would be corrected), to top the meal off she had someone else drop our dessert off without leaving any sort of plates or anything for three people to share it. What would've been about an hour to an hour and a half lunch turned into more than two. This is a shame because I really do like their food....
Pros: Good food, decent prices for the portions of food
Cons: Slow to receive meals, wait staff lacking customer service skills
