let's see where do i begin, the fam and i went for my birthday. tbe food awesome but the service was not so good. never gave us napkins, silverware, didnt offer if i wanted another drink. he had a personality of a tree. all in all the food was awesome. we will give them another chance. Please be better guys! more

Love, love, love! We come here at least once a month. It's really casual and relaxing. The food is good, and the prices are awesome! We've only had bad service once or twice, but for the most part, the wait staff and hosts are usually pretty friendly. They have a good variety of food there, so whoever we eat with, there's always something for everyone. We like to get their spinach dip, and their fish is great too! more

I've been to this Cheddar's on several occasions, and never had any major problems. There's a nice selection of burgers, ribs, chicken, and other Americana, all at reasonable prices. The waitstaff has always been friendly and attentive. I like going to this Cheddar's before going to a movie at the nearby theatre. Only one time did I have a problem, the waitress took a very long time to bring our check back, but she was very apologetic about it, so I wouldn't call that a major issue. Check out this restaurant if you live in the Webster or Clear Lake areas, it's worth a visit. Pros: Great good, nice place for a pre-movie date. Cons: No major issues more

I've been to this Cheddars several times hoping that the service will eventually get better... the last time I went was the last. Every time I have gone, the food was really good but extremely SLOW in coming and the wait staff seriously lacking in people skills (with the exception of the one time we got an attentive and friendly waitress.) This last time was by far my worst experience at this location. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and about 45 minutes to get our food ( a salad, soup, 2 kids meals, and 1 mango salsa tilapia). We had to ask for silverware after we received our food, the waitress forgot and we had to get it ourselves, she was nowhere to be found throughout almost the entirety of our meal, we had to ask for refills on our drinks, the only thing she did quick was drop off our checks (which she accidentally messed up on when she charged them, which would have been ok if she had thought to mention this to us, instead of me noticing it through my bank transactions and then having to call the manager to make sure the issue would be corrected), to top the meal off she had someone else drop our dessert off without leaving any sort of plates or anything for three people to share it. What would've been about an hour to an hour and a half lunch turned into more than two. This is a shame because I really do like their food.... The manager on duty for this restaurant the night that we went was very rude and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Our food orders were brought out wrong, then our food was off temperature. Then there was confusion with the check. The restaurant manager proceeded to call the police to handle 10 women because he was confused. i have never felt so disrespected and I will NEVER visit this restaurant again. more
