Made appointment with Bob's Rooter and Plumbing and was given a time window. Bob's office contacted me twice with updates on the time that the plumber would arrive and he was there as promised. Office staff was polite and efficient. Plumber for this job was Bob himself. He had to check a line to the refrigerator for water that goes to ice maker. Bob was thorough and efficient. He took care in keeping area clean and dry and figured out exactly what needed to be done. It is comforting to know that for future plumbing issues we can turn to someone who is reliable, honest and fair. Highly recommend this company.
