I want to thank all my customers for their patronage and giving us our best year ever! As we continue to grow, we are no doubt going to have a few glitches along the way. We will continue to strive in giving you the best service possible at a price we can all live with. For those people who are looking for a low cost, pop & go plumber who does not share in the same expenses as many professional services such as, liability insurance, licensing, workers comp, adequate service vehicles w/equipment, administrative staff, shop expenses etc., there are many more of them than there are legal entities. I prefer to call them ""cell phone plumbers"". The perception is they are inexpensive, the reality is in most cases they are unlicensed, uninsured, ill equipped, irresponsible and any kind of guarantee you receive is worthless. The work is shoddy and usually has to be redone by a professional. You are at there mercy. If you hire them, you have NO RECOURSE in case of flooding, fire damage, property damage or injuries. No license, No insurance, No recourse.
