I've been driving for Gallant Transport for 7 years now and found this site while looking for Gallant's website. I was really surprised to see a review written by Jeremy Johnson. I heard that guy had quit because I was the driver that had to finish the load he dropped without telling anyone in the office. I said good riddance to him!! and I couldn't believe the crap he said about Gallant. As a Gallant driver I wanted to defend our honor! I had to deal with Jeremy several times over his brief employment and I must say, every encounter was worse than the last. Every time I would see him at a customer's shop he would always start nagging about EVERYTHING. He was never happy. Even though he was driving a brand freaking new truck and pulling an almost new trailer. He constantly complained about other drivers. He probably complained about me behind my back too. On top of all the complaining, he would always leave his problems unfixed for others to have to take care of. He was just an all around unhappy person. I could hardly handle working with him only a few times over the road, I can't imagine how the guys in the office felt working with him everyday. Gallant is a great company that bends over backwards for it's drivers. I cant imaging leaving to go work for one of the thousands of trucking companys that mis treat thier drivers!
