Gallant Transport has been providing great service for its clients for over 35 years as well as a wonderful working environment for the employees. Not many employers offer a 25% match for every dollar put into 401k as well as a guaranteed profit sharing contribution. Most employees have 10+years on the team and look forward to working together every day. There are always those few bad apples that sign on and quit because they can?t live up to the high standards we set.
