the mgmnt is horrible. i had a broken ac for 6 mos. too cheap to hire pro to fix it. mtc men had no idea how to. rent kept going up for ""upgrades"" but gate is NEVER closed and it is not a completely gated comm. its just for show. ppl sneak in always for jacuzzi. GROSS.office girls are cheerleaders who could care less.talk of them going condo. watch out
