At the end of my lease, the rent increased so much that I could not justify the apartment. They company assumed they could raise prices due to increased foreclosures in the housing market. I had to break my lease 5/26/2006

when the new onership FIRED the one that had been there for 20+ yrs to bring in their own sad management, it was a sad day for longtime residents. I had been there for years. After new mgmt, NOTHING gets fixed. I took the chance on breaking my lease just to get out of there. Do your homework. This place still has termite problems and gators in the pond. the mgmt care only about how they look, I have watched them play with their hair in a compact mirror while ppl are waiting on them. Im so glad I moved 5/22/2006

the mgmnt is horrible. i had a broken ac for 6 mos. too cheap to hire pro to fix it. mtc men had no idea how to. rent kept going up for ""upgrades"" but gate is NEVER closed and it is not a completely gated comm. its just for show. ppl sneak in always for jacuzzi. GROSS.office girls are cheerleaders who could care less.talk of them going condo. watch out Pros: very few kids Cons: construction, mgmt, cheap more
