I after reading most of the reviews, I thought I would give them a try. The lady who answered the phone is very pleasant. Listened to my problem and promised a plumber within 2 hours. Jeff calls me in about 45 minutes and says he will be to my house in 15 minutes. So they 2 hours turns into 1. He comes to the door and asked me if parking his truck parking his in front of our house is OK? He then laid down a carpet mat on my front porch and put on red cloth booties on his shoes. We then proceed to the bathroom where my problem toilet was. He took a look and in a few minutes time figured out what the problem was. He then asked to look at the other toilets in the house to make sure they were working properly. I was a little concerned about what he might find, but it all worked our OK. He told me what the cost to make the repair was and explained the company guarantees. I didn't realize that they were going to warranty a toiler repair for 1 year. The last plumber guaranteed his work 30 day.
After he was done, he gave me some information about the company and offered to do a safety check of our water heater. He said that who ever installed the hot water heater did a good job and found it in good condition.
The price was a little more than I hoped, but at 60years old, I have learned that nothing of value is cheap.
I am glad that I read most of the reviews and did not get caught up in the few negative ones.
