Very Impressed!
I hired Tender Lawn Care after having a year of service with a much bigger & well known company. My Bermuda lawn was looking very poorly and dying. Being honest, I wasnt really paying much attention to it, but now I was desparately trying to find out why it was looking horrible.
After the 1st treatment with TLC, they informed me via handwritten note, that ""Lawn Aeration"" was apparent, and must be done immediately. Called them up (a real person answered the phone) and actually talked with a polite and patient woman named Julie, who once owned her own lawn business for many yrs whom works there now. We talked for at least 20 minutes, and she informed me of some very important things that I had never realized on warm season grasses like mine (Bermuda / Zoysia). Aeration was the solution to my problem! The thatch was building up and not decomposing properly, suffocating, then killing the grass roots. She stressed how important this process was on grasses such as mine. After the Aeration, and their standard service treatments, my lawn looks terrific.
TLC saved my lawn, and saved me money from not having to replace it. The treatment Specialist always writes to tell me anything he (usally John or Wes) finds I need to know, plus with Julie at the office, a phone call away, I feel like I'm in very capable hands. You will not get this kind of personalized service with the bigger companies.
