I had used these incompetent morons as my lawn service which was a huge mistake. I spent a significant amount of money having an extremely reputable company put in a brand new lawn. For the first 6 weeks the lawn looked great and than it started to turn yellow. I could not understand what the problem was until I learned that Tender Lawn Care had shown up on one of the hottest days of the year and put herbaside on my lawn. It basically destroyed half of the lawn and they refused to own up to their mistake and pay for the grass to be replaced. They are truly a symbol of incompetence and customer no service. Under no circumstances should you ever consider using these clowns..
