My review for this place is ""eh"". My doctor referred me to this place and i was expecting them to help me with my upper back pain. The first evaluation was okay. The receptionists are nice. I didn't know what to expect so i just went with the flow. The second time i came Farsheed made me warm up on the bicycle for 10 minutes. I really don't know why they made me do that because the stretched/exercises that i was about to do were not strenuous at all. They felt like warm ups in themselves. But anyways, after the bike warmup Farsheed had me lay down and he gave me a coupe sheets of paper stapled together for me to work on at home. He said ""this is the usual stretches i give to my lower back patients"". Right away i was thinking ""uhhh, i don't have lower back pain. I have upper back pain"". I'm a 24 year old athletic guy and this regiment i was given was for a 50 year old - very low impact and slow. Does he expect me to get better in a year? After making me do all of the stretches/exercises so i know how to do them he took me into a room and attached the TENs unit to my back. The setting was so low i didn't even feel it. I told him that i don't feel anything and he said ""no, it should be fine. let's keep it as it is"". Then he left me with that thing on for 15 minutes. That was pointless. I'd rather go to a physical therapist that KNOWS about the muscular system and that can use his hands not just slap some electronic thing on my back. Come on. I decided not to come back until i tried these out to see if the stretches/exercises helped. They didn't help me at all after doing them morning and night for 2 weeks. So i decided not to come back to him. Bad experience, not an individualized program for my problem, and generally poor quality care. Hope this helps!
