My elderly parents gave Steve Waters a $500 deposit for permit fees with the City of Fox Point, a deposit that was to be refunded. The city returned the funds to Mr. Waters but he has refused to return the funds to my parents. In addition, he does not return calls, does not answer his phone, and he leaves his voice mail full so we cannot even leave a message. I suggest you do not do business with this company. Dr. JPK
