Our water service line broke one morning, so we were referred to Steve as one of the guys who does this line of repairs. When I spoke to Steve he came out to take a look at the problem, he gave a very reasonable quote and started work shortly after. Steve really knows his stuff, as he worked he explained why he was doing what he was doing and the benefits of doing it that way as opposed to other ways. When he hit bedrock before it was expected, he did not even once mention changing the bid. It added a large amount of work, but he took the extra time to make it perfect. He saw that our sewer line was broken and took responsibility for it, even though it was most likely broken before he showed up. He is very friendly, well spoken, and he does it right the first time so it will not have to be done again. It was as great of an experience as losing running water can be, and I will definitely go back for future projects. The city returned the funds to Mr. Waters but he has refused to return the funds to my parents.
