I used Mockingbird Bridal for my brides maids dresses, and it was an awful experience. The woman who helped me was incompetitent. I never received my fabric swatch, and discovered it was because sthe order wasn't placed! No one EVER called me to notify me when the dresses arrived either. The last straw was when I picked up the dresses. I tried to get some more garmet bags and the woman at the counter refused! I spent about $3,500 at that store, and they wouldn't give me 5 plastic bags. I'm furious about the whole experience. I could have found the dresses I got at other stores, and the little money that I did save at Mockingbird was not worth what I had to go through. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE!!!
